They\'re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team and deliver exceptional customer support. This role is less "hardcore IT" than you might think - it\'s all about problem-solving, customer service, and communication, with some technical elements. You\'ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, making sure every interaction is handled smoothly, professionally, and with a smile.

Responsibilities
  • Handling customer queries by phone and email, logging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Escalating tickets where needed and working with 2nd/3rd line teams to ensure quick resolutions.
  • Keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Spotting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills - you\'ll enjoy speaking with people and building positive relationships.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a support or service role (doesn\'t have to be deep technical).
