A small successful machinery company in Corby is seeking a part-time Support Administrator to provide administrative support. Responsibilities include processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and answering calls. Ideal candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office and be confident communicators. Due to continued success and busy business demands, our SME client who is relatively in their infancy has an exciting opportunity for a proactive, supportive experienced administrator to join their team. This will be a standalone position within the office, providing administration support to Managing Director, as well as for the small Workshop team:
We would expect the successful Support Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, the ideal candidate will have experience of Xero accounting package, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported to become familiar with the companies processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within sales administration, office administrator or sales support position.
You will be joining the Corby site of a small niche machinery manufacturing company, who are experiencing great success in their business venture. Working directly with the Managing Director, this role will offer variety on a daily basis.
