GSL Education is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools in Skegness, Lincolnshire. Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils who may need additional support
Assist with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and pupil engagement
Adapt to different school environments and age groups (EYFS to KS4)
Contribute to a positive, safe, and productive learning atmosphere
Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting
A flexible, proactive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
Ability to travel to schools in and around Skegness
Competitive daily rate: £88.94 – £100, depending on experience
