The Role:

We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in the Newcastle area. As a Supply TA, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, assisting the class teacher, and creating a positive classroom environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting pupils with their learning in class and small group interventions
  • Assisting children with SEN or additional needs
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines
  • Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
We’re Looking For:
  • Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a primary school setting is desirable
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong communication skills
  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
  • Availability for at least 2 days per week
