YOUR ROLE AS A SUPPLY TEACHER

• In the absence of the regular teacher, you'll take charge of the classroom. Deliver lessons based on plans left by the class teacher.
• Marking and Feedback: Ensure student progress by marking books and providing relevant feedback.
• Observe student behaviour and enforce the school's behavioural policy.
• Report any safeguarding issues promptly to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL).

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or ECT: You should have experience teaching within the last 5 years.
• Familiarity with Primary School National Curriculum
• Adaptability to different year groups and teaching methods.
