Gryphon Dorset School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team. The successful candidate will deliver pre-planned lessons, ensure continuity of learning and maintain high levels of student engagement during short-term absences.

You will teach across Key Stages 3–5 with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high standards. The role is fixed term until 31 August 2027, with a salary on the Teachers' Pay Scale M1–M6.

Salary £32,916 - £45,352 Annually (Actual), Teachers' Pay Scale M1-M6

Fixed term until 31st August 2027.

You will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that foster a genuine love of learning.
