Overview

Position: Supply Teachers

Location: North Somerset

Level: Secondary School, teaching up to GCSE

Are you a passionate and dedicated secondary teacher, including Early Career Teachers (ECTs), looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Tradewind and offer you short- or long-term work, with possibilities of Temp to Perm roles.

Tradewind are looking for subject specialisms in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, Design and Technology, Music, Business Teachers.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching your specialism up to GCSE level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary

The positions will be paid on the teacher pay scale, ranging from £150 to £260 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. For Early Career Teachers (ECTs), this position will count towards your years of service.
