Contract Type: Supply / Flexible Working
Salary: 140 - 200 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher with Tradewind Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of welcoming and high-performing secondary schools throughout Cheshire East. Whether you're looking for short-term daily cover or longer-term assignments, we offer roles tailored to your preferences and specialisms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies

• Adapting to different school environments with confidence and professionalism

• Providing feedback to department heads or cover coordinators as required
