About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Primary School Teacher who is enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. As part of Protocol Education, you will have the opportunity to work in a range of schools, either as a temporary teacher providing day-to-day cover or as a permanent member of staff, depending on your career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring they are engaging and accessible to all students
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback
• Create and maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant UK Primary School Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience teaching in a Primary School setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for helping children achieve their potential
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
