Job description

Are you a passionate teacher looking for a better work-life balance?

Do you still love teaching but find planning and marking taking up all your time outside of school?

Do you want to make a difference in the education of young people?

If you answered yes to these questions, supply teaching might be what you're looking for!

As a Supply Teacher, you can choose where and when you work, creating a schedule that suits you. Whether you're retired and want a day or two a week to stay active or you're starting out and want full-time hours, there's something for everyone.

We at Aspire People are working with several schools across the beautiful county of Shropshire. We are expanding our pool of supply teachers across all subject areas and key stages.

About you:

  • Have a passion for working with young people.
  • Ideally hold QTS, but if you have experience working with young people and a degree, we have roles for you.
  • Hold a current DBS on the update Service, or we can provide this for you.
  • At least Level 1 safeguarding training; if not, we will train you free of charge.
  • Willing to get involved with students, especially when their teachers are absent.

If this sounds like you or interests you, please apply today! We aim to respond within 48 working hours of your application.
