Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting Supply Teachers to work across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings in Ealing and surrounding areas, offering flexible daily, short- and long-term placements.

Deliver engaging lessons, follow school policies, support diverse learners, and build strong relationships while maintaining safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification/experience.
• Recent experience working in an educational setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Right to work in the UK.
• SEN experience is highly desirable, but we also welcome teachers who are keen to develop their experience within specialist and inclusive settings.
