Supply Teacher - Flexible Opportunities in Canterbury

Position: Supply Teacher

Location: Canterbury, Kent

Salary: £130 - £150 per day (paid weekly, a week in arrears)

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and flexible Supply Teachers to join our team in Canterbury. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, covering different year groups and key stages. This role requires strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students quickly. You will not be expected to plan or mark work, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of year groups and key stages

- Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings

- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment

- Build rapport with students and staff quickly and professionally

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Enhanced DBS on the update service (assistance available for the right candidates)

- Experience teaching across multiple year groups and key stages

- Strong classroom management skills

- Flexibility and adaptability
