Ivy Resource Group is seeking flexible secondary supply teachers to cover Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas. You will join a supply pool to support local secondary schools with day-to-day, short-, and long-term assignments across KS3–KS4, with KS5 opportunities depending on subject.

Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT, or returning to teaching, you choose when and where you work, while benefiting from ongoing support and a structured referral scheme.

Formación

• QTS or equivalent
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Flexible, proactive and positive approach
• Ability to travel to schools across Bristol
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3-KS4 (KS5 where possible)
• Follow school policies and maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage behaviour effectively and build rapport with students
• Provide continuity of learning when the class teacher is absent
• Adapt quickly to new settings and curriculum needs

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging lessons across KS3-KS4 (KS5 opportunities available depending on subject)
• Following school policies and ensuring a positive learning environment

• Providing continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
• Adapting quickly to new settings and curriculum needs
