Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking Primary Supply Teachers to work across a wide network of welcoming primary schools in South Birmingham. This role offers flexibility: you can walk in, teach, and make an impact with no planning required.

You’ll enjoy competitive weekly pay and access to diverse teaching opportunities, with support from a dedicated consultant and ongoing CPD, including free team-teach training.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with UK primary experience.
• Confident delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
• Build strong relationships quickly with pupils and staff.
• Adaptable, reliable, and confident managing different classroom environments.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
