Job Role: Supply Teacher

Location: Truro Area

Contract type: Temporary

Daily rate: £130 - £180

We are currently seeking a Supply Teacher for the Truro area. We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting children through their educational journey. Your responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher.
• Plan and deliver lessons within the curriculum for long-term roles if necessary.
• Adhere to the school’s policies, safeguarding, and health and safety guidelines.
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups, and teaching environments.
• Identify and support students who require additional assistance.

Your requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
• Experience in the classroom
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Understanding of the curriculum

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanent placement later.
