Are you a qualified teacher looking for ad-hoc supply work to suit your schedule? If so, Teaching Personnel can support you! We are actively working with a number of schools across the RCT area and specifically in Tonypandy. You will be covering classes of KS3 and KS4 students within secondary schools on an ad-hoc basis that works for you! Schools are struggling to secure qualified teaching staff to supervise pre-set work from the subject teacher being completed by classes.
Requirements for Supply Teacher:

The successful applicant will be supervising the class completing work that is pre-set by the subject teacher on a variety of different subjects. Therefore, a broad general base understanding of the school curriculum is very advantageous. All classes will be based within mainstream secondary school of classes in KS3 and KS4 and therefore behavioural management and the safeguarding of pupils are paramount alongside their education.
