Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is urgently seeking dedicated educators for flexible supply roles across Thurrock and surrounding areas for the 2026/2027 academic year.

We welcome qualified Primary Teachers (QTS), Early Career Teachers (ECTs), Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), Cover Supervisors and unqualified teachers with classroom experience who want day-to-day, short-term or long-term work in local schools.

Qualifications

• Qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) or ECTs welcome
• Flexible availability across Thurrock and surrounding areas
• Willingness to work across local primary settings

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging lessons and maintain high-quality learning.
• Provide classroom cover in the absence of the class teacher.
• Lead learning using pre-planned lessons or your own expertise where appropriate.
• Support pupils' learning and progress across a range of year groups.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Adapt your approach to meet the needs of all learners.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure pupils continue to thrive.
• Provide clear feedback to support continuity of learning.
