Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is actively recruiting for Primary Supply Teachers, HLTA, and Cover Supervisors to support Colchester and surrounding areas in the 2026/2027 academic year. Roles include daily supply, short-term, and long-term placements across local primary schools.

You will deliver engaging lessons, provide reliable classroom cover, and help pupils progress. We welcome QTS, ECTs, HLTA, experienced cover supervisors, and others seeking flexible, rewarding teaching work locally.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent certification required or eligible.
• Experience in primary schools preferred.
• Flexible, local candidate in Colchester area.
• Ability to adapt to different year groups.
