Vision for Education is seeking Supply Teachers to support SEMH & SEN schools across North Somerset. Flexible full-time or part-time roles with day ranges from 08:15 to 15:30. Collaborative teams, with 1:1 support and TA backing, help pupils with ASC, ADHD, and other needs achieve progress.
You will hold UK QTS, demonstrate strong behaviour management, and complete DBS checks plus references. Roles can lead to temp-to-perm opportunities as schools see fit.

Vision for Education support a variety of SEMH & SEN primary and secondary schools in North Somerset and are recruiting Supply Teachers who are flexible with teaching children across all ages. A typical working day would start at 08:15am and finish at 15:30pm. The schools we work with are welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environments where staff work collaboratively to help every child succeed. Many classrooms are supported by dedicated Teaching Assistants and 1:1 support staff who provide additional support for pupils with a range of learning and developmental needs. Students needs can vary from ASC, ADHD, ADD, challenging behaviours, learning difficulties, PMLD and Social Emotional Mental Health Needs. We will aim to find you work as close to home as possible.
We are looking for both full time and part time Supply Teachers who are happy to cover all year groups. If you have a specific preference of days you would like to work or age groups you would prefer to support, please let us know and we can meet your expectations. Permanent positions can be offered through Vision for Education on a temp-to-perm basis if the school feel you are the right fit, and this is something you wish to pursue yourself.
