Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to work across Salisbury and the surrounding areas. Flexible roles and hours, usually 8:15am to 3:30pm, with classes across the primary range and supportive teams.

Applicants should hold UK QTS, demonstrate strong behaviour management, and have or be willing to obtain enhanced DBS clearance with two references. We offer competitive daily rates, guaranteed pay schemes, and a dedicated consultant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across the primary range in Salisbury and surrounding areas.
• Adapt to different schools and classrooms while maintaining high teaching standards.
• Support pupils with additional needs with help from Teaching Assistants where available.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and uphold safeguarding guidelines.

About the role

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher with QTS looking for flexible work?

Vision for Education are recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work in Salisbury and the surrounding areas. We are looking for candidates who are flexible with teaching children across the primary range. We work with many schools in and around Salisbury and strive to find you work that is as close to home as possible.

Hours of work are usually between 8:15am and 15:30pm. The Primary Schools we work with are inclusive, friendly and supportive places of work with Teaching Assistants often in place to support children within the class who have additional needs.

If you have a preference on which days you want to work each week, or which year groups you want to cover, please just let us know and we can make sure to find you work that meets your requirements.

Guaranteed work contracts can be discussed for those that are looking for income stabilty (subject to availability).

Primary Supply Teacher Requirements

To be considered for the role of Primary Supply Teacher you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Have a confident approach to behaviour management
• Be able to provide full enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to apply for one through Vision for Education
• Be able to provide two positive references to support your recent work as a teacher

Salary is dependant on experience, training and/or qualifications.
