Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Secondary Supply teacher to help support a growing number of well-established schools within and across the Swindon area. We are keen to hear from anybody who is looking for a challenge and available to work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans: Follow the absent teachers' plans to ensure students stay on track with the curriculum.
  • Record and report progress: Keep track of attendance, behaviour, and any notable academic issues for the returning teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment, even with unfamiliar students.
  • Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work to the best of their ability.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments: Familiarise yourself with school policies, routines, and expectations—often with little notice.
