Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic Supply Teacher to support secondary students across a range of subjects in Sutton and surrounding areas. The role is a temporary full-time position starting 02/09/2026, with ongoing work and a typical day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Applicants should have experience with children and young people, hold a PGCE, and have safeguarding training completed within the last year. Prospero Teaching conducts vetting and training, and provides CPD opportunities.

Supply Teacher We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Teacher to assist in the support students of secondary age in arrange of subjects. Acting as a work-finding service, Prospero teaching has a diverse range of secondary schools in Sutton and the surrounding areas. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with children and young people.
• PGCE
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
