Are you a passionate and flexible Supply Teacher looking to make a positive impact in the classroom? GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work in a welcoming and supportive school based in Spilsby. Whether you're looking for short-term cover or long-term opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
  • Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher and adapt where necessary to meet pupil needs.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Mark work and provide feedback in line with school policies.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or classroom teacher.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching.
