Job description

Aspire People is currently recruiting experienced and adaptable Supply Teachers to work flexibly across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) in a variety of primary schools in Southam and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who are looking to maintain their professional impact in the classroom while benefiting from the flexibility of supply work. This opportunity is for teachers looking for work before summer and September! You'll be delivering pre-set lessons, supporting pupils' learning, and contributing to the smooth running of the school day.

Role Responsibilities:
Teach in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience and preference.
Deliver pre-planned lessons, ensuring learning continues in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Promote positive behaviour and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
Adapt confidently to different school settings while maintaining a professional approach.

Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is essential.
A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience within your chosen key stage in a UK school.
Strong safeguarding knowledge and a clear understanding of school safeguarding protocols.
Demonstrated behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils quickly.
A proactive, flexible, and dependable approach to teaching.
