Job summary

R&A Education Solutions is recruiting Supply Teachers for Sheerness and surrounding areas. We offer daily supply, short-term and long-term roles in Primary, Secondary and SEND schools, with flexible scheduling from 1 to 5 days per week.

Hold QTS or equivalent and have recent UK teaching experience. Enhanced DBS (Update Service) preferred. Competitive daily pay of £130–£220, weekly PAYE, and access to free CPD and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching in UK schools.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across primary and secondary settings.
• Provide flexible cover across 1 to 5 days per week.
• Adapt to different schools and age ranges while maintaining high standards.
