Job summary

R&A Education Solutions in Faversham are seeking experienced Supply Teachers for flexible daily, short-term and long-term roles across Primary, Secondary and SEND schools. You will join a trusted local agency with a strong Kent network and flexible working patterns.

Earn £130–£220 per day with a weekly PAYE system, and select 1–5 days per week to suit your schedule. We provide dedicated local support, free CPD and ongoing career development to help you thrive in your teaching career.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching in UK schools.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across primary, secondary or SEND settings.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and pupil engagement.
• Collaborate with schools and the R&A Education team to ensure smooth temporary or longer-term placements.
