GSL Education Lincolnshire are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to cover planned and unplanned teacher absences from September 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Follow lesson plans provided or use your own initiative to adapt material to suit learners’ needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Mark and assess students' work in line with school policies when required.
• Liaise with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
• Uphold school values and encourage positive behaviour and academic achievement.
• Be available for short notice or planned cover, depending on your availability.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Previous classroom experience in a UK school setting.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude to working in different school environments.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential).
• Right to work in the UK.
