Job summary

GSL Education - Lincoln is seeking reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Sleaford. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety and want the flexibility of supply work without committing to a permanent position.

We welcome specialists in any subject who can confidently deliver pre-planned lessons for KS3–KS4, manage classes effectively, and adapt quickly to different schools.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.
