General Supply Teacher in a Secondary School
CF37 & Surrounding Area
£166 - £180 per day
Immediate Start

Our partnership school has asked us to recruit for a General Supply Teacher to cover secondary KS3 & KS4 classes on a part-time or full-time basis. The successful candidate will be covering sickness related absences within the school. The school is located in the CF37 area, and they expressed there is potential to be their first call for any supply needs for the right Teacher. Interviews will be held online over the next 3 weeks.

What is required for the position?

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (NQT & FQT)
• Enhanced DBS Certificate available on Update Service (Teaching Personnel can provide assistance)
• Valid registration with EWC (Teaching Personnel can provide assistance)
• Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 students is desirable
• Two school-based references (if applicable)

The successful applicant is expected to deliver lessons based off pre-set work by the subject Teacher on a potential variety of subjects. Therefore, a broad general base-understanding of school curriculum is extremely advantageous. All classes will be in mainstream secondary school of pupils in KS3 and KS4, therefore behavioural management and pupil safeguarding are paramount duties of the position alongside education.
