Job summary

The Supply Register, proudly appointed supply management partner to Greenwood Academies Trust, is recruiting qualified teachers for flexible supply work across Northamptonshire, including Northampton and Corby. Roles include full-time, part-time, or day-to-day cover to suit your schedule.

You will deliver engaging lessons to primary and secondary pupils, manage classroom behaviour, support SEND students, and provide detailed feedback to returning staff.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS or equivalent
• Teaching experience in primary or secondary settings
• SEND experience and ability to adapt lessons

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging lessons across primary and secondary age groups, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
• Managing classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Following school policies and leaving detailed feedback for returning staff.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / QTLS: Or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Teaching Experience: Proven experience teaching children in primary or secondary educational settings.
• SEND Experience: Ability to adapt lessons and support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
• DBS: Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new DBS check.
• Flexibility: An adaptable, patient, and professional approach to managing diverse classroom environments.
