Job summary

Heart of Supply, Lincoln's independent education specialist, is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 across Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Roles include day-to-day, short-term, long-term and temp-to-perm bookings with competitive PAYE pay and full consultant support.

Candiates must hold QTS with UK primary experience and demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach, strong behaviour management and the ability to engage pupils.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with recent UK primary experience
• Flexible, nurturing teaching approach with ability to engage EYFS/KS1/KS2 pupils
• Confident classroom presence with positive behaviour management
• Ability to follow pre-set work while bringing energy and creativity
• Clear communication and proactive attitude with staff and pupils
• Minimum 6 weeks' UK teaching experience

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Build positive relationships and create a supportive learning environment
• Adapt to day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements across Lincoln schools

Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum, pro-rata (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

About the role

As demand for cover increases, Heart of Supply is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers in Lincoln, including experienced Primary Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), to work across our growing network of primary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding area.

We have Supply Teacher roles across Lincoln available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including flexible day-to-day supply teaching, short-term cover and long-term. Whether you're looking for flexible supply teaching work in Lincoln or a more consistent teaching role, we can help you find opportunities that suit you.

We're looking for reliable, adaptable Primary Supply Teachers who can confidently step into the classroom, deliver engaging lessons, build positive relationships and create a supportive learning environment across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

About the schools

We work with primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding Lincolnshire area, supporting them with day-to-day absence, planned cover and longer-term staffing requirements.

Every school is different, so we take the time to get to know what you're looking for too. Whether you love EYFS, feel most at home in KS1, are an experienced KS2 Teacher or are happy working across the primary age range, we'll aim to introduce you to schools you'll enjoy teaching in.

What you will need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
• A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
