Are you a versatile and dedicated educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team and support secondary schools across Hull and East Riding. If you are passionate about making a difference in the classroom and enjoy the variety that comes with supply teaching, we want to hear from you! Payment for this position will be between £140 and £170 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups.
• Adapt to different classroom environments and build rapport with students quickly.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher or create your own when necessary.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and effective teaching experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in secondary schools.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and proficiency in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
• Ability to quickly build relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive and positive approach to teaching.
