Duties as a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Adapt to different classrooms and age groups with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow lesson plans provided or create engaging learning experiences when required.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support students’ learning and development.

Ideal Supply Teacher:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching across different key stages (KS2).
• Be flexible, reliable, and able to quickly adapt to new school environments.
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills as Supply Teacher.
• Be committed to providing high-quality teaching and maintaining school values.
