Overview

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible work in the Daventry area? We’re currently recruiting for Supply Teachers to provide day-to-day cover across a variety of primary and/or secondary schools in Daventry and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT (Early Career Teacher), or recently retired and looking to stay involved in education, this role offers excellent flexibility and variety with no long-term commitment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across different subjects and key stages
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Adapting to different school environments and teaching styles
• Providing support to pupils in line with school policies
• Reporting back to the school on pupil progress and classroom events

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work at short notice
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
