Aspire People are seeking 3 qualified Supply Teachers to support our schools across the Fenland area.

We can offer work across primary, secondary, and SEN schools and this can range from a day's cover to a term's cover to cover for the entire academic year.

A QTS is essential to be considered for these positions.

What will you be doing?

1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
2. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
3. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
4. Ensure students remain engaged and motivated in their learning.
5. Provide feedback on student progress and lesson outcomes.
6. Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies and procedures.

What do we need from you?

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Proven experience teaching in UK schools.
3. Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
6. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
