Job Opportunity: Supply Teachers

Are you an experienced and qualified Teacher seeking a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers for both primary and secondary schools in Eastleigh. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). We offer various roles, including day-to-day and short/long-term assignments across multiple subjects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, mark, and assess lessons
2. Develop lesson plans, curricula, and teaching materials
3. Provide constructive feedback on student progress
4. Manage classroom behavior effectively
5. Support may involve personal care needs
6. Assist students with SEN and SEMH needs
7. Engage, motivate, and encourage students to complete their work
8. Ensure students stay focused and meet lesson objectives
9. Attend to students' physical, mental, and emotional needs

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience supporting students in an educational setting
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
3. Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
4. Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (free courses available via U-educate if needed)
