Secondary Supply Teachers Leicestershire (Full-Time & Part-Time)

GSL Education is looking for flexible and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Leicestershire. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to gain varied teaching experience while maintaining a work-life balance. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 & KS4 in a variety of subjects.

• Adapt teaching strategies to different school environments and student needs.

• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

• Ensure students remain on task and follow school policies.

• Provide feedback to the school on lesson progress and student engagement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential.

• DBS on the Update Service Mandatory.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly to different schools and year groups.

• A passion for education and student development.

Salary & Working Hours:

• GBP130 - GBP225 per day, depending on experience and assignment.
