Are you a graduate with strong communication skills, excellent behaviour management, and a desire to inspire and support young learners?
We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible or long-term teaching opportunities, who are passionate about education and keen to make a difference.
You'll play a key role in delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and maintaining a positive learning environment when regular teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver set lessons confidently across a range of subjects and year groups
  
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
  
• Inspire, motivate, and engage pupils in the absence of the class teacher
  
• Adapt to different school environments and student needs
  
• Report back to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
  

Requirements:

• A degree (essential)
  
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young people
  
• Fully adaptable and confident across different subjects and school settings
  
• Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable)
  
• A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  
• Right to work in the UK
