Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking qualified teachers to fill daily supply and long-term teaching roles across Chelmsford and surrounding areas, including Braintree, Witham, Maldon, Basildon and Colchester.

We welcome UK QTS holders, ECTs seeking experience, and experienced teachers desiring flexible work. Our dedicated consultants will match you with local primary and secondary schools across Essex, offering varied settings and supportive placements.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent teaching experience in UK schools.
• Strong classroom management and pupil engagement.
• Passion for supporting and inspiring young people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings on daily or long-term assignments.
• Adapt teaching to various school environments in Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with school staff and consultants to ensure smooth placements.
