Job summary

Teaching Personnel are working with a number of primary schools across Cardiff who are looking for teachers to support their classes throughout the academic year. Opportunities across Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2, with day-to-day supply through to longer-term placements.

Flexible roles with support from a dedicated consultant and access to CPD. Ideal candidates are QTS qualified, confident in classroom management, and able to plan engaging lessons while adapting to different learners.

Qualifications

• Qualified with QTS.

• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility for a class.
• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales.
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress.
• Differentiating learning to meet individual needs.
• Working alongside Teaching Assistants and other support staff.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and parents.
• Contributing to wider school activities.
