Job summary

Smile Education is proud to partner with the Endeavour Multi Academy Trust, currently seeking Supply Teachers to work across their primary schools within Burton upon Trent. ECTS’ are encouraged to apply.

What will your day look like?
  1. Delivering pre-planned lessons to the whole class across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  2. Managing and supervising individual and classroom behaviour according to school policies.
  3. Creating a positive and safe learning environment for all students.
  4. Marking and assessing children's work effectively throughout the day.
  5. Providing a clear handover for the returning class teacher.
  6. Liaising with and providing feedback to learners, colleagues, and families.
  7. Maintaining positive, professional relationships.
Successful applicants will:
  • Hold a valid UK QTS and have classroom teaching experience within a primary school setting.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the UK primary school curriculum.
  • Be positive role models to students.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality education.
  • Have strong and clear communication skills.
