Are you a passionate and hard-working cover supervisor looking for new roles?

Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with multiple schools across the greater Bristol area. We are looking for confident cover supervisors who have experience working in UK schools.

The successful applicant:
  • Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
  • Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
  • Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
  • Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
  • Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
  • Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
  • Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
