Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced Primary Supply Teacher to join a well-established school in Bridgend. This is a long-term, full-time teaching position to cover a temporary vacancy in a Primary class.
With a class size capped at 30 pupils and two full-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), you'll have the support needed to create engaging lessons and deliver outstanding teaching.
Deliver creative and engaging lessons across the Primary Curriculum
Utilise PPA (Planning, Preparation & Assessment) time effectively throughout the week.
Differentiate planning to accommodate pupils of mixed abilities, including SEN support.
Direct and coordinate LSAs during group and individual activities.
Implement and monitor behaviour support plans as needed.
Ensure a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes pupil progress.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (or equivalent transferable qualification).
Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration - assistance available if needed.
Ability to confidently manage a class of up to 30 pupils with mixed learning needs.
Proactive, organised, and passionate about teaching and learning in a primary setting.
Competitive daily rate of £166.32+, paid weekly.
