Supply Teacher – SEND Schools – Birmingham

We are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to work across a variety of SEND schools in Birmingham, providing high-quality teaching and support to pupils with complex needs, autism, and moderate learning difficulties.

This role is perfect for a teacher who enjoys variety and wants to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEND. Whether you are looking for short-term or long-term supply work, you will have the opportunity to work in supportive schools with excellent facilities, strong leadership, and committed staff teams. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, adapting to different learning styles, and ensuring that students feel supported and encouraged in their education.

Job Role:
  • Teaching across a range of SEND settings, working with students with autism, complex needs, and moderate learning difficulties.
  • Delivering engaging and adaptive lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
  • Managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Working closely with support staff and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans.
  • Providing consistency and stability for students in the absence of their usual teacher.
