The Role:

Working as an SEN TA is a crucial role where you will be making a real difference. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building positive and trusting relationships with students.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs is essential.
  • A calm, patient, and nurturing approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for a new one.
