Supply Primary Teacher

Aspire People are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in the Hinckley area.

This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators who enjoy flexible working and want to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT (Early Career Teacher) looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (dependent on your experience and preferences)
  2. Follow school policies and procedures
  3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  4. Ensure pupils are motivated and making progress in their learning
  5. Liaise with school staff and provide feedback on pupil progress where appropriate
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools (placements included for ECTs)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
