The role: As the Supply Planning Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the supply planning team to ensure seamless product availability across our brands. You will collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, brand management, finance and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of supply planners.
• Supervise the supply planning team, ensuring timely execution of purchase orders and stock replenishment.
• Provide relevant guidance and training to the team in effectively planning, organising and allocating of resources to meet the demands of the workload.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply planning process to meet customer demand through ATP
• Coordinate with suppliers, monitor purchase orders and support warehouse replenishment to meet service level goals.
• Monitor and report key KPI’s including lead times, back orders and supplier performance (OTIF)
• Ensure ERP and planning systems are kept updated with accurate lead times and supplier data.
• Manage supply exceptions, identify supplier constraints and escalate risks or delays proactively.
• Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers to track shipments, manage inbound freight schedules and resolve delivery issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply planning processes and tools.
• Participate in planning meetings, brand reviews and S&OP meetings

Qualifications

• Essential: 3+ years experience in supply chain management with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Supplier Performance Management experience (OTIF)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in planning tools e.g. ATP & ERP systems
• Problem solving skills to quickly address supply chain disruptions or inventory issues
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented and highly organised
• Proficient at using IT systems, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Desirable

• Experience in Imports & customs clearance requirements
• Experience with working with a Bonded Warehouse
• Good knowledge of Incoterms
