Join a leading company focused on luxury products and experience a supportive work environment with hybrid working options.
SUPPLY PLANNER, WEDGWOOD
At the heart of meaningful moments and celebrations worldwide, our luxury brands—Waterford, Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Wedgwood, Iittala, Royal Doulton, and others—represent timeless craftsmanship, elegant design, and a dedication to enhancing life’s most treasured experiences. These renowned names are part of VITA, a division of Fiskars Group, a company with over 375 years of history. For centuries, we’ve crafted products that inspire creativity, beauty, and functionality in daily life. Today, we blend heritage with modernity to create designs that enrich homes and lives around the world. With a legacy rooted in excellence, Fiskars Group ensures these iconic brands continue to thrive and resonate with consumers everywhere.
OUR ROLE
We’re hiring a Supply Planner to lead end-to-end supply planning for Wedgwood – one of our core brands. The role focuses on creating and executing master purchasing plans for outsourced production, managing inventory at key locations, and securing product availability across global markets.
You’ll take direct ownership of turning planning strategy into operational purchasing and distribution decisions that drive availability and efficiency.
This is a hybrid role based in Barlaston, United Kingdom, reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Network Planning.
The VITA Group supply chain is in the middle of structural changes. While your core tasks and success criteria are defined, the surrounding planning processes and interfaces are still evolving. You need to be comfortable operating in a changing environment and bring structure where it’s missing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your main responsibility is to plan and execute supply for externally produced goods. More specifically, you will:
Build and maintain the monthly master purchasing plan for a key business unit, balancing strategy, vendor capacity, and inventory targets
Place and track purchase orders in ERP systems (SAP and AX), ensuring accurate data while managing availability, working capital, and vendor capacity
Work directly with demand planning, logistics, and procurement to align forecasts, shipments, and purchasing priorities
Use planning tools and automation to reduce manual work, increase accuracy, and improve responsiveness in the supply process
Support you colleagues within the brand and across business units on ad-hoc tasks
WHO YOU ARE
You have practical experience with operational supply planning and outsourced production, and you're confident working with ERP and BI systems in a global context. More specifically:
You’ve worked with supply or production planning and can explain how you’ve used SAP or AX to manage supply flows
You have experience using Power BI or similar tools to support planning decisions with real-time data
You’re self-driven, structure your work independently, and take responsibility to maintain alignment even when your manager is based in another country
You’re used to working across multiple functions and understand how to align different stakeholders behind a single plan
