Job description

Promotions Supply PlannerWe are seeking a Promotions Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will manage the complete end-to-end planning and flow of stock for promotional activities, ensuring efficient distribution to branches and customers within agreed deadlines.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Ensure maximum availability of stock at the start and during all event activities.
  • Adhere to critical timescales and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Manage the flow of volume from our Distribution Centres to branches and customers.
  • Ensure allocations are loaded and released accurately.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for late stock availability and communicate key issues clearly.
  • Analyse data to produce reports and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Review and respond to queries and requests related to stock and promotions.
  • Support seasonal events and activities, including the clearance of ex-promotion and seasonal lines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of trading activities.
  • Adhere to GSCOP timelines and maintain compliance with our Business Code of Conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
