Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are always in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Planning: Manage in partnership with our manufacturers the scheduling, production, and delivery of all required stock, on time and in full.
  2. Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance and identify any issues to facilitate rapid improvement.
  3. Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Identify end-to-end opportunities to drive change through the supply chain.
  5. KPI Management: Manage supply chain activities to achieve success in key performance indicators such as customer and supplier OTIF, product availability, inventory health, stock write-offs, and data accuracy.
  6. Risk Management: Deploy strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
  7. Relationships: Collaborate with all departments across the business, especially warehouse operations, to ensure inbound deliveries are scheduled and reverse logistics activities are managed and coordinated efficiently and within budget.

About You:

  • Strong experience within supply chain, purchasing, or demand planning.
  • Proven experience of supply chain best practice principles (S&OP).
  • Experience dealing with manufacturers and working to deadlines.
  • Experience using ERP and MRP systems.
  • High energy, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
  • Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and a positive, growth mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a 'start-up' mentality.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with data and manipulating it to explain current positions and next steps.
